THE PROCESS



  • Selected your prints - add them to your shopping cart

  • Checkout and select your location, it will automatically calculate your shipping fee (Australia wide express post is $7 flat rate, we do ship overseas, enter your location to calculate the fee.

  • We use a variety of payment gateway options to process our payments, however you do not have to already have a PayPal account, you can either sign in or select the 'pay by credit card' option once you are taken to the payment page, once payment is made, you will be emailed a confirmation of your purchase to your email.

  • Please allow at least 10 business days (Mon-Fri) for processing your order. Once your item is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation email to your PayPal email address with the tracking information and your discount code for future purchases.

  • Australia Express Post can take up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri), sometimes longer to WA & SA.

  • Yorkelee do not take responsibility for Australia Post damaging items, unfortunately they sometimes do not handle our postal tubes with care. We just can't cover this expense, Australia Post are their own company with their own terms and conditions, we use Australia Post as a service to get your goods to you but do not have any partnerships with them. It would be like you going to Australia Post if you got the wrong print, they can't do anything for you as it was a different company that made the error. We suggest putting in a complaint with Australia Post, taking your items straight into a shopfront and lodging the complaint, they usually take a little while to process, but generally do compensate you for the error.

  • Yes, we ship overseas! International post can be very unpredictable, where possible we post via Pack & Track, which gives us a tracking number the entire way. Pack & Track is not always available to some locations in which case we send via Registered International post, which gives us a tracking number but does not allow tracking in other countries, and can take in some cases a month to arrive. Please note the time delay is out of Yorkelee's control and we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages as per our terms and conditions.
