Delivery & processing
Yorkelee Prints processing policy is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends), once your order is shipped by Australia Post, you are given a tracking number for express post, Australia Post can take up to two weeks to deliver some packages.
While Yorkelee take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution with Australia Post. Please check the Australia Post website for Australia Post Terms and Conditions.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with the product, we will exchange or replace your item including return postage.
